The Lindy Hop dance groups from the four QuattroPole cities are organising two Swing weekends in Luxembourg, Metz, Saarbrücken and Trier.

The GrAFiTi student theatre festival is a cross-border festival which rotates every year from one QuattroPole city to another.

Since 1991, the Prix d’art Robert Schuman / Robert Schuman Kunstpreis, which bears the name of the "Father of Europe", has provided a cross-border artistic showcase for contemporary creativity in the QuattroPole area.

QuattroPole organised the very first Prix de musique QuattroPole Musikpreis to reward artists in the musical field from the four cities.

In the setting of the “Karl Marx 1818–1833” exhibition in Trier, the QuattroPole cities received containers of words produced by the Liquid Penguin artists’ collective.
